A few more changes for CRAN submission. All functions have now a return description, T and F are now TRUE and FALSE, and examples use only two cores

Change function name from find_localControllingFeatures to find_localConfoundingFeatures. After this name change some corrections in the code and vignette were needed

I changed the DESCRIPTION file and added libraries to Import. I corrected in one function Hmisc::rcorr to rcorr and added in the function header importFrom Hmisc rcorr

I corrected the bipartite graph function. There was a mistake on the graph creation, but was not serious.

I included two new functions. We can call them robustness function. Basically they run CoNI iteratively excluding some of the samples

I added a progress bar. Changed the name of one function (tableLRDFs_LFs) using Driver and Linked Features. Changed the split option, but still needs to be tested.

I added a function to delete intermediary files, change some output messages to be displayed only if verbose, added a line to save the output and not only return it, and fixed the not split version of CoNI

I changed names and added a couple of functions. One function deletes previous files if specified. I added option verbose
